First off, what is suya?
suya [soo-yah]: Northern Nigerian version of the shish kabob, often sold on the streets and outdoor venues. Succulent, spicy ram and beef meat grilled to perfection over glowing coals. Skewered or sliced into small, bite-size pieces, sprinkled with extra spices, served with maza-maza, slices of fresh onions and tomatoes, and wrapped in newspaper.
Here at Sabo Suya, we’ve upped the game. We have a variety of suya meats and entrees to go with them. You can eat in or out. Come by yourself, with your family, friends or your group. We also deliver (within Westwood limits) and provide catering to all sizes of parties.
This is the real deal, ladies and gentlemen, suya by and from the roots of the natives. And since 2010, we’ve been right here – where you need us to be.
