It starts with our ‘secret spices’, hand-selected and crafted
by our Northern Nigerian master chef, Adamu, in our Sabo Suya kitchen.
What’s in it? All we can say here is that we use authentic herbs and seeds sourced all the way from Nigeria. These seasoning condiments are ground by hand to carefully release their distinctive flavor, and each batch used is prepared that same day it is to be used.
Prior to grilling, each meat is marinated and coated with the secret spices. On demand, we also provide some on the side with the suya, for customers who like it extra-spicy.
